In January of 2000 Crocus Group started an outstanding project of building & managing the largest in Russia trading & fair centre - Crocus City. Crocus City is nearly a city between Novorizhskoe & Volokolamskoe Shosse on shore of Moskva River.

The main feature that characterizes Crocus City is the unique symbiosis of business, retail, fair and recreational facilities which are arranged in one architectural style in one place. Crocus City is one of the greatest & interesting projects of the previous 10 years. Nowadays it already covers area of 300 000 square meters & final planning will include 12 objects: 3 malls, 2 exhibition facilities, hotel, business-hall, casino, sporting centre & recreational facility, yacht-club.

First stage of Crocus City project – hypermarket "Your Home" covering area of 45 000 sq.m. opened it's doors September 6th of 2001. Enchanting tropical park of luxury boutiques with total area over 60 000 sq.m. continued that ambitious project & became an ideal shopping place for upper-class customers. You can find there deluxe jewelry, fashionable clothes & accessories, natural cosmetics, perfect restaurants & concert hall. March 2004 commemorated by opening of first of two international exhibition facilities.

The final plan of Crocus City includes:

- new mall for luxury goods (1000 square meters);

- 4-star hotel (800 rooms) & 5-star hotel (100 rooms + 200 suits);

- largest casino in Moscow (10 000 sq.m)

- concert hall for 7000 guests with HI-end equipment for sound & visual effects;

- multiplex cinema;

- two-level bowling with 24 bowling-ways;

- even more restaurants upon total area of 500 sq.m;

- special events hall for 1200 guests.

Crocus City Mall will be extended by the second building with Atrium - Venetian patio with unique for our country imitation of real sky featuring alteration of day & night.
